MEAL DESCRIPTIONS
Filet Mignon Entree:
USDA Choice Filet Mignon grilled to perfection, served with a truffle demi-glaze sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, and a zucchini, red pepper, carrot blend.
Chicken Entree:
Stuffed Chicken Breast (rice, walnuts, and dried cranberries). Topped with an orange cranberry sauce and served with wild rice and a zucchini, red pepper, carrot blend.
Salmon Entree:
Grilled salmon with a lemon caper butter sauce, served with wild rice and a zucchini, red pepper, carrot blend.
Vegetarian Entree:
Roasted portabella, topped with zucchini squash, roasted red peppers, spinach and warm goat cheese, served with a zucchini, red pepper, carrot blend.
(All dinners include: Bistro rolls, Ice Princess salad w/champagne vinagrette, and a dessert.)
